Over 50,000 Utahns live with the challenges of brain injury… 20,000 people are diagnosed with brain injury in emergency rooms every year … over 2,000 more are hospitalized… over 500 die. The Brain Injury Alliance of Utah works every day to find resources for people with both traumatic and acquired brain injuries. For many we are a last resort and an advocate. When survivors or their families lose hope and struggle to find someone who understands we are here fighting to get them the help they desperately need. We work tirelessly to secure resources for anyone in need, no matter their circumstances. We also work hard to increase awareness about brain injury in the community, because prevention is the ONLY cure. We are the only nonprofit 501(c)3 in Utah dedicated solely to supporting people with brain injury and their families.
